Additional Information

Who Is The Fairest One Of All – I have never been to India but I thought I’d try to produce a painting with an “Indian” feel.

A combination of warm vibrant colours, India’s national flower ‘lotus’, and India’s national bird ‘peacock’ were the foundations for this artwork. My imagination ran amok. Inspiration for this painting evolved by combining an image of a beautiful proud white peacock admiring itself in the ornate mirror, the rich warm colours of Indian art and the famous quote from the Brothers Grimm “mirror, mirror on the wall ….” Do hope you enjoy viewing it as much as I enjoyed creating it.

This painting is signed on the front and a laminated, numbered Certificate of Authenticity is included.

PLEASE NOTE: In the photos, where the painting is shown mounted on a wall, these are purely for illustrative purposes. You should review the dimension of the artwork to be sure the work suits your needs.
